EE9 runs seven promotions. Not twelve, not "dozens" — seven. I went through six of them from my own EE9 account between April and July 2026, and the last one, the Birthday Bonus, I only qualify for in November. Most Malaysian affiliate sites still list offers that quietly died two years ago. This is the version with real numbers attached.
Short version, if you are reading this on the LRT: slots players take the 288%. Sports punters take the 120%. Everyone claims the rebate, because it is the only thing here with no wagering attached at all. The longer version, including the turnover maths most guides skip, is below.

Here is the part almost every EE9 guide gets wrong. There is not one welcome bonus. There are two, and you can only ever take one of them.
The bigger one is the Slot Welcome Bonus at 288%. Deposit RM50, get RM144 in bonus credit. Deposit RM1,000 and you hit the ceiling at RM2,880. Wagering is 35 times your deposit plus bonus, inside 30 days. On a RM100 deposit that means RM100 plus RM288 equals RM388, times 35, so RM13,580 of slot turnover. That sounds enormous until you watch a 20-cent spin session eat through it — slots cycle turnover fast. I cleared roughly RM4,000 of it in one long Saturday night on Pragmatic titles.
The other is the 120% Welcome Bonus, capped at RM300, and it splits by product:
Minimum deposit is RM50 on both offers. Not RM30 — I have seen that figure on three competitor sites and it is simply out of date. KYC has to be done first, one participation per member, and once you claim you cannot cancel or switch.
So which one? If you play slots, the 288% is not even a close contest: RM2,880 versus RM300. If you bet football, the 120% at 18x is far easier to clear than 35x. Live casino players get the worst of it at 70% and 35x, which is why I would rather they skip the welcome bonus entirely and live off the rebate instead.
EE9 has no weekly reload and no special event reload. What it has instead is a Daily Deposit Bonus of 15%, available to every MYR member, every day, which is honestly more useful than a promo that only fires when Liverpool play.
Notice the live casino line. Same 15%, but the cap drops to RM100 and the turnover nearly doubles to 25x. If you top up RM200 for baccarat expecting RM30 of bonus, you get it — but you are then chasing RM5,750 of table turnover for it. I stopped taking the live casino version after the second try.
The 13x on sports is the quiet bargain here. RM200 deposit, RM30 bonus, RM2,990 of turnover. Two weekends of normal EPL betting and it is gone. Check EE9 Promotions and apply the code before you deposit, because one promotion applies per deposit and you cannot retro-fit it afterwards.
Let me clear something up, because I got it wrong myself at first. EE9 does not have cashback. There is no promotion that hands back a slice of your net losses. What it has is a rebate, and the difference matters: a rebate pays on everything you stake, win or lose.
Lose RM500 in a week and a cashback scheme might return RM50. The rebate does not care whether you won. It pays on volume. Grind RM10,000 of slot turnover at 3.5% and that is RM350, whether you finished the week up or down.
The best clause on the entire site is buried in the terms: rebates carry no wagering requirement. None. It lands in your balance and you can withdraw it straight to Touch 'n Go if you want. Nothing else at EE9 works like that.
One catch, and it costs people money. You have to claim it manually from the Rebate page. Forget, and the system pays it out the next morning between 6am and noon — so you do not lose it, but you also do not get to use it that night. I set a phone reminder for 11pm.
This is the promotion nobody writes about, and it has the second-largest number on the site.
Win eight consecutive baccarat hands on Banker or Player and EE9 pays a Super Bonus. Keep going and it climbs steeply:
Wagering is 1x. That is the whole requirement. Eight in a row is genuinely achievable — I have done it twice and got nowhere near twelve.
The rules that will trip you up: ties are skipped rather than counted, betting Banker and Player in the same round kills the streak, and leaving the table for more than an hour kills it too. Rounds one to eight must carry at least RM1,000 of valid turnover between them. You claim through live chat within 48 hours, once per account per seven days. Side bets do not count either way.
There is no Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum at EE9. That is a structure other Malaysian sites use, and it has been copied onto EE9 pages by people who never logged in. EE9 runs VIP1 through VIP49, and each level has a published wagering figure and a fixed upgrade bonus.

Yes, VIP49 really does ask for six hundred and fifty million ringgit of turnover. Treat the top of that table as decoration.
Upgrades happen automatically within about 30 minutes of hitting the requirement, and progress resets after each one. You can claim the upgrade bonus once you have completed 30% of that level's wagering, and the bonus itself then needs 1x before withdrawal. The part that stings: maintenance is 10% of the upgrade requirement every 30 days, and missing it drops you a level. Levels cannot be skipped, so grinding is the only route up.
Small, easy to forget, and genuinely free money if you are already playing. The Birthday Bonus pays out once a year based on whatever VIP level you hold, and it needs a qualifying deposit first:
VIP1 gets nothing, so climb one level before your birthday month. Wagering is 1x. You can claim on any day of your birthday month, but not after it — unclaimed birthday bonuses expire and there is no appeal. Your IC or passport has to be uploaded through Complete Profile beforehand; EE9 says verification finishes within about 30 minutes.
One detail decides whether a bonus is worth taking, and most people skim past it. At EE9 the multiplier applies to deposit plus bonus, not the bonus alone. That changes the maths a lot.
Take RM100 into the 288% slots offer. You hold RM388. Times 35 is RM13,580 of required turnover. Now run the same RM100 through the 120% sports offer: RM220 combined, times 18, which is RM3,960. Less bonus, but a quarter of the work.

Everything runs on a 30-day clock. Miss it and you forfeit the bonus and the deposit, which is harsher than most Malaysian books. Hedging and risk-free betting do not count — if you back both sides of a JDT match to farm turnover, EE9 will strip the lot.
